2. Account Rules and Responsibilities

You may be asked to submit KYC documents during your first withdrawal or for large transactions - national ID card, passport, driving license, or utility bill. Your withdrawal may be held until documents are verified. nbajevip aims to complete KYC verification within 72 hours.

2.4 Account Suspension and Closure

Nbajevip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close accounts at any time without reason. If we detect suspicious activity, terms violations, or fraud, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. 3. Betting and Gaming Rules

3.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled as soon as possible after the event ends, usually within 1-2 hours. Casino and slot game results are reflected instantly. 4. Payment Terms and Transaction Policy

All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account. There are no deposit fees, but payment providers may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

You can withdraw your winnings at any time. Minimum withdrawal is BDT 1,000 and maximum daily withdrawal is up to BDT 500,000. Higher limits are available for VIP members. KYC verification is required for the first withdrawal. Withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on payment method.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Dispute Resolution
